04Athletic Endurance
Peak performance starts with the breath. Efficient nasal breathing, good posture, and healthy orofacial function all support an open airway, better oxygen delivery, and a steadier heart under exertion. Carrie helps athletes refine these foundations to build endurance, support recovery, and gain a competitive edge.

05Breathwork Guidance
How you breathe shapes how you feel. Breathing technique and everyday breathing habits are foundational to overall wellness, influencing sleep, focus, energy, and how the body handles stress. 07Frenectomy Exercises
Preparation before a frenectomy is important for strengthening the tongue and orofacial muscles. Exercises are also needed after the procedure to help support healing and reduce the risk of tissue reattachment. A complete foundational therapy program may be recommended to retrain tongue function and help establish healthier long-term oral patterns. Although orofacial myofunctional therapy is not physical therapy, the process can be similar to completing rehabilitation before and after a procedure to improve function and recovery.
